1 lb grouse breasts, boneless, skinless

Instructions
1. Place your grouse breasts between two sheets of cling wrap and pound them with a meat hammer till skinny. (This may also provide help to search for pellets.)
2. Mix the marinade components in a bowl. Add grouse meat and blend properly. Marinate in a single day.
3. Thread the grouse onto 4 skewers, leaving some area on the backside as a deal with.
